Located in the very heart of Dorset between Bournemouth and Weymouth, Lulworth Castle is easily accessible.
By Rail:
Lulworth benefits from an excellent rail network linking London Waterloo with Wool railway station - a 130 minute journey. There are also fast daily services with regular connections with Scotland, the North and the Midlands.

Shuttle Buses:
A regular shuttle bus sevice will operate from Wool station direct to the site. These have been timetabled to meet incoming trains from London Waterloo. Fare will be £3 each way.
From Wool to Lulworth
Friday - 1st Bus at 09.45. Last bus at 21.58
Saturday - 1st Bus at 09.44. Last bus at 20.35
Sunday - 1st Bus at 10.11. Last bus at 16.11
From Lulworth to Wool
Sunday - Last bus at 22.30
Monday - 1st bus at 09.00. Last bus at 14.00
By Road:
From Bournemouth - Take the A35 towards Dorchester, turning left onto the A351 towards Wareham. From the by-pass turn onto the A352 signposted to Wool. Now follow the Camp Bestival event signage for Lulworth Castle.
From Dorchester - From the by-pass take the A352 signposted for Wool and Wareham. At Wool follow the Camp Bestival event signage for Lulworth Castle.
NB: Please do not follow your SatNav any further than Wool as this may distrupt our carefully considered traffic management system.
Car Parking:
There will be two separate entrances and car parks at Camp Bestival. The majority of you should park in the Main Campsite Car Park - this is adjacent to the main camping field and campervan area and will ensure you don't have to walk far with your bags. The Boutique Car Park is for people who have pre-booked into the Boutique Campsite (and is also the entrance for Disabled Pass holders). Please follow the signs to the correct car park. There will be a £10 per vehicle car park charge.
By Ferry:
White Motor Boats operate ferries between Weymouth and Lulworth Cove in the summer months. They land passengers on the beach in the Cove, and then it is a 5 minute taxi ride to the Castle or a lovely walk across the gorgeous countryside. Arrive in style! Call 07749 732428 for more info.
By Air:
European and International visitors can benefit from the newly developed Bournemouth and Southampton International Airports.
NB:
The car parks and campsites will open at 9am on Friday 18th July. No Thursday camping. Campsites close again at midday on Monday 21st July.
